The LOIM Luxembourg entity, namely Lombard Odier Funds (Europe) S.A. (“LOF Europe”) is a UCITS IV and AIFs management company. LOF Europe has been appointed as management company and domiciliary agent by all Luxembourg and French based LOIM Funds, consisting of UCITS and AIFs formed as FCP or SICAV.
In order to reinforce our Finance Team, we are looking for a new
Financial Controller (permanent contract, full time position)
You will report to the Responsible of Finance, Tax and Financial Reporting Team in Luxembourg. As a member of the Team, you will have the opportunity to work with and support other team members based in various offices of the company.
Responsibilities :
- You will coordinate budget and forecasts for funds expenses;
- You will prepare Board of Directors/Management reports regarding your activities;
- You will actively participate to the accounting duties of the LOIM division and prepare monthly/quarterly analysis for group and tax reporting
- You will support the Finance Team on various projects (financial statements supervision, funds invoicing oversight, etc...).
Desired profile:
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Financial Controlling, Audit or Accounting in the Finance industry;
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular of Excel;
- A good knowledge in SAP would be an advantage;
- You have strong attention to details, precision and analytical skills;
- You are flexible, open minded, solutions oriented;
- You are a team player with good communication skills;
- You are fluent, both written and orally, in English and French.
